The Problem Renters Relocation Program

Yes, we want your problem renters. We think this is a great deal for all parties involved! We will negotiate payment arrangement from your problem renters. We will give them new housing referrals. Your apartment community pays the following:

1) Initial Setup: $75.00 per Apartment Community for our free plan
